Fancy cut blue Montana sapphire with conflict-free Fancy cut diamonds on each side. I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid 14k white gold using the lost wax casting process. This OOAK gemstone ring is a size 7 and it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 6x7mm. The Fancy cut side diamonds are about 2.5mm (.2 side diamond tot ct wt.). The band is close to 3mm.
