Beautiful Rowan Circular needles are a dream to knit with.  The tip is pointy but not sharp and works well even with boucle yarns.  Smooth but not slippery, they are equally nice with wool and plant based fibers.

Made with laminated, densified birchwood sourced from FSC-certified wood from sustainable forests, they are exceptionally strong and durable.  I use mine all the time and just love them.
